It is also great to welcome Luke back to the team.
Luke originally joined us as an apprentice and, over the years, developed into a highly capable engineer. Alongside his technical skills, he embraced the values and standards we work towards every day.
Like many people in their careers, Luke took the opportunity to explore another role elsewhere. Within only a few months, he realised what really matters and chose to return. That decision speaks volumes about the culture we have built and the pride we take in our work.
Luke knows the quality we expect because it is something we have worked hard to instil from day one. Having him back strengthens our team and reinforces the standards we deliver day in, day out.
