Little Miracles is a charity that supports families who have children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions. They provide safe, welcoming spaces and essential support to families who rely on their services every day.
Recently, their team experienced an unexpected electrical fault when the lighting in their disabled toilet stopped working. This kind of issue can cause serious disruption, especially in facilities that provide vital access for families and individuals with additional needs.
As soon as we received the call, our team arranged for one of our engineers, Joe Vickers, to attend the site. Within just 40 minutes, Joe arrived, identified the problem and restored power to the lighting, ensuring the toilet was safe and usable once again.
Importantly, this work was carried out free of charge, as a small way of giving back to a charity that does so much for others.
