At Electrical Testing UK, our people are at the heart of everything we do. This month, we’re pleased to be sharing two team updates that reflect what we stand for as a business: development, high standards, and long-term careers in the electrical industry.
Welcoming Amy to the Team
We’re delighted to welcome Amy, a Year 3 Apprentice Electrician, to Electrical Testing UK.
Supporting apprentices is something we take seriously, and we’re especially proud to be backing another woman progressing within the electrical trade. The industry needs more skilled professionals coming through, and it’s encouraging to see more women stepping forward, training to a high standard, and succeeding.
At ETUK, apprentices are developed properly. That means being exposed to the right standards, correct testing procedures, and real on-site experience that prepares them not just to qualify, but to build a strong career beyond that point.
With Amy’s AM2S assessment just weeks away, we’ll be working closely with her to ensure she feels confident, prepared, and fully supported going into her final assessment. Talent, standards, and commitment matter, and that’s exactly what we focus on developing.
Welcoming Will Back
We’re also pleased to welcome Will back to the Electrical Testing UK team.
Will originally joined us as an apprentice and, through dedication and hard work, progressed into a fully qualified Inspection and Testing Engineer. His journey reflects something we value highly: supporting people as they develop their skills and grow into long-term roles within the business.
After spending a few months gaining further experience elsewhere, Will has returned to continue his journey with us. We’re delighted to have him back on the team and look forward to supporting his continued growth and development.
